we will always endeavour to send your goods in the next post available. at the very least, items ordered before 5pm will be posted the next working day.

you can choose between 1st class which normally takes 1-2 working days (£5.99) or 2nd class which normally takes 3-4 working days (£4.99) ,Next Day Delivery (£7.99) international postage is also available via royal mail which comes out at a cost of £9.95 (europe) or £29.99 (worldwide).

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier for selected larger items. 

Please note as of the 1st April 2018 we will no longer be shipping orders to Korea.

damaged goods

if your order is damaged in transit, we will make enquiries with the royal mail and forward any compensation on to you. please report any damage within 3 days of receipt and allow up to 14 days for a resolution. in the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will make enquiries with royal mail after 15 working days from posting. sometimes, orders can be slightly delayed, especially over holiday periods. in these cases, we will happily provide a tracking number for you and do what we can to locate the parcel as soon as possible. 

returns

we hope you’ll be thrilled with your purchase but if you’re not, for any reason, we will be happy to offer a ‘no fuss’ refund or exchange. please follow the guidelines below:
contact us to let us know you’ll be requiring a refund / exchange.
complete the returns slip enclosed with your original order.

return the item and slip to us, in its unworn condition using adequate protective packaging within 14 days from you receiving the goods. we recommend that you get at least a certificate of posting or posting receipt (proof of posting) from a post office.

for a refund we will reimburse you the cost of the item, minus postage costs, using the same method as you paid with (if you paid by cheque, we’ll refund by cheque.)

for an exchange, we will post out your new item the same day at no extra cost to you (subject to availability and for uk orders only) using the same service you originally requested - ie. if you paid for 2nd class delivery, your exchange item will also be posted out 2nd class.

please note that items from the sale and accessories pages and those bought with voucher codes in times of a sale are non-returnable.
